Greetings From the Balk/Nye Family
The Big Day has finally come!!! On May 25th Colleen officially joined the Balk/Nye family. It was a beautiful day and an even more beautiful afternoon of celebration. We pray God’s blessings on Bryan and Colleen as they begin their new lives together in Long Island. Here is a link to some pictures from the day.
Tim has taken a position as the Jr. High Youth Pastor at Montvale Free Church. We are praying for him as he shepherds these students. Tim is also busy training for the Hartford Marathon , this will be his third marathon.
Eric and Jennifer celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary on a short cruise to the Bahamas. It was a great get away and chance to work on a tan before the wedding. We have taken up kayaking and are looking forward to spending time out on the water together.

Jennifer loves her new job as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Administration at Kessler Rehab Hospital. In her spare time she continues to moonlight as a doula. In March she was present to welcome our new great nephew, Erik Martin.
On a sad note in July we had to say good bye to our dear companion and loyal friend, Cocoa. She will be deeply missed by all of us.
